Union Regulation Act”. This bill, if
passed will have a serious negative
effect on all Trade Unions and their
service providers, such as Health &
Welfare and Pension Plan providers.

Tired of Site Access Testing?
The Rapid Site Access
Program is a voluntary alternative to
site access testing whereby workers
agree to be subject to random alcohol
and drug testing while on site.
(Random drug tests are performed via
oral fluid - sometimes referred to as
“oral swab tests”) In return,
workers are dispatched directly to
participating sites without having to
submit to a site access test.
The program is available
to travel card holders and
registration/enrollment is processed
regardless of whether or not you are
currently employed.
To register online for
the Rapid Site Access Program please
proceed to
http://www.rsap.ca
and
click on the self registration menu
item.
Upon receipt of your registration, a
representative of Organizational Health
Incorporated will contact you to enroll
you in the system.
